An anecdote about PONANT?
At PONANT, all employees have at least one thing in common. Unlike what you may think, it isn’t IT knowledge but a love of sweet treats.
Every week, the employee who has THE plant on their desk must prepare a cake for Friday morning, and then it’s their turn to select an employee for the following week by putting said plant on the desk of the next person in line.
This weekly rendezvous is convivial and a great source of social cohesion.
