eTASQ Process

DIGITAL ASSISTANT FOR INSPECTION PLAN AND MONITORING PROCESSES

It guides the operator when carrying out manufacturing, maintenance and monitoring activities.

  • Designed for mobile devices used in manufacturing (digital tablets, smartphones

  • Specific description of tasks to carry out in your industry’s language and thanks to visuals
  • Guides and assists the operator in one workstation (auto-training, managing overloads and underloads)
  • Secures your clients thanks to the traceability of all your products

eTASQ IOsim

TEST AND PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT SIMULATOR

Simulating the environment for using a product allows you to carry out tests that are the closest to its operating conditions.

  • Definition and implementation by your operators
  • Simulates your products’ performance, subjected to the sensors, and replicates their behavior
  • Communicates with your equipment (tension temperature GPS 3G, 4G…)
  • Graphically creating your simulation scenarios

eTASQ Core

TEST CONTROLLER AND SEQUENCER IN NATURAL LANGUAGE

eTASQ Core is the key to implementing our test solution offer. It is the decision-making body. It controls and sequences the operations described in natural language.

  • Tests drafted by the operator in natural language

eTASQ - Thomas LE GAL

Thomas LE GAL

Product Manager

What is your role?
I am the Product Manager, I make sure that the test solution is always up to date and meets our clients’ expectations.

How long have you been working at PONANT Technologies?
Since the creation of PONANT Technologies

What are you working on at the moment?
Mainly on the robot and its certification aspects for export outside of the EU!

How does your family see your work?
As a robot creator… but as in humanoids haha. But, they do appreciate the relevance of such a solution to help humans with repetitive tasks.

Your journey?
Scientific Baccalaureate, with an “Engineering Sciences” option then Complex System Engineering school at Esisar.

Your biggest professional challenge?
Being able to maintain the highest customer satisfaction when using our solution.

Favorite saying?
To know where you’re going, you must know where you come from.

An anecdote about PONANT?
We have a “Jumpy” Van branded with the company name, PONANT!

The clients always say…
“Is it really easy to set up?”

eTASQ - Alexia PEIRO

Alexia PEIRO

Project Manager

What is your role?
I develop and supervise the developments on the eTASQ Motion robot’s generic functions, and specialize in Vision.
I also am in charge of personalized developments as well as customer care and maintenance.

How long have you been working at PONANT Technologies?
If I count my end-of-year internship, it’s been 2 years, if not 1 year and a half.

What are you working on at the moment?
I am working on the validation of eTASQ Motion and eTASQ API cohabitation.

How does your family see your work?
I have never asked myself that question.

Your journey?
After having completed a Scientific Baccalaureate, I did a generic preparatory class in Marseille, then entered the Esisar school, after passing the entry exam, before starting at PONANT.

Your biggest professional challenge?
Text and generic icon recognition by all HMIs.

An anecdote about PONANT?
At PONANT, all employees have at least one thing in common. Unlike what you may think, it isn’t IT knowledge but a love of sweet treats.
Every week, the employee who has THE plant on their desk must prepare a cake for Friday morning, and then it’s their turn to select an employee for the following week by putting said plant on the desk of the next person in line.
This weekly rendezvous is convivial and a great source of social cohesion.

For my older family members, I assemble industrial testing machines, for the little ones, I am building an army of Terminators.

Favorite saying?
Sometimes an entire life depends on a single moment

An anecdote about PONANT?
Before receiving a definitive serial number, the test benches are named after famous or inspiring people. Each robot can therefore be identified by name, throughout its entire lifespan… I will leave it up to the more curious clients to find said name (it can be found if you know where to look)
